Who we are

Our website address is: https://motorhomehappiness.uk.

Comments

Due to the enforcement of The Online Safety Act 2023 on 25th July 2025, we have taken the only course of action suitable for everybody, and that is to disable comments and only allow site admins to create new posts.

This is to protect you the user from unwanted content, and us as a CIC from additional administration costs monitoring and moderating the posts. If you want to comment on anything, please do it via the facebook group.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

For members that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Sales data from online ordering via the shop is obfuscated after 1 week. This is enough time to allow for returns or refunds. After that timeframe, personal customer details are ‘astrisked’ out and not even site administrators can see them.

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You may also delete your account when ever you like, this will remove your access to the discounts pages and any other members only content. Once delete, we are unable to restore your account and, should you wish, you are free to re-join the membership programme at any time, paying an new membership fee.
