If you have issues logging into the members area, please try and login a second time and you should see your account details page, with options to reset your password and logout.
Some browsers have been reported as caching login information or not passing it through the portal properly. Any browser based on Google Chrome has more of an issue than say FireFox. You can also try holding CTRL and reloading your browser window (Use the refresh button) to clear any cached site data.
